The Challenge
This financial services company has multiple brands in market, and each brand has a unique identity.
Having already built their credit card origination process, we were asked to help roll the originations process out for all brands—bearing in mind that brands are often updated and new ones introduced, and each has different flows based on its target market.
The Solution
As a part of our wider work on credit card originations, Clear Dynamics had already delivered a mobile optimised web experience for this customer. We re-architected it to support each brand in its own unique way, including:

• Ability to support different originations flows for each brand
• A common core CRM and decisioning platform that checks for fraud/malicious activity across all brands
